Return policy
We accept returns on full-priced items within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
We only give store credit for the value of the item, minus any shipping fees.
shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for full-priced items within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and send the new item(s) to you
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Include photos of the damage or defect and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full store credit.
